Lindsay Broughton is the HR Rep for The Persimmon Group and TPG Speakers, specializing on all things people-related. In addition to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring talent, she welcomes team members aboard, guiding them through the nuances that exist when working for an innovative organization like The Persimmon Group. She’s a passionate learner about what makes people tick, which she believes helps improve morale, productivity and retention.

Lindsay graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Media Communications with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism and Business. She lives in Tulsa with her husband Ricky and adorable daughters Hadley and Campbell.
